With Badreldin Mostafa
Did you know that Beijing ranks second among the G20 capitals for Biodiversity. And it lies on the “Birds Superhighway” for bird migration.
There is a lot waiting for your cameras to capture.
While wildlife and bird photography are known for being the most challenging forms of photography. This workshop is aimed to break it into very simple steps, if you know how to use your camera in manual mode you can definitely become a great wildlife photographer.
We will start at 10am at a classroom, where we will do a revision of the basics, light, exposure triangle etc.
Then we will go a bit in depth about focus modes, depth of field and capturing fast moving action.
Each one will have a chance to take a sharp beautiful picture of a very fast buzzing mechanical hummingbird, under different conditions.
After we finish with the technicalities, we will go into the artistic side, we will look at several types of bird and wildlife pictures, see what makes each picture special and how it was taken.
After breaking for lunch we will then head to Beijing Zoo, as a more controlled environment with a guarantee to see a lot of birds at the pond and maybe take pictures of other animals.
